The Public Forum at the end of each meeting is our opportunity to request a public hearing on Carrollton’s Flock/ALPR surveillance program. Maximum time allowed is 3 minutes per speaker, but expect that your speaking time may be cut short if multiple speakers attend to speak on the same general topic.

More rules on public testimony here, but they boil down to: tell them your name and where you live, be civil, and don’t bring big signs.
